10% down to confirm reservation dates. Full deposit to be applied to reservation.
Cancelation Policy
Deposit is fully refundable if notice of cancelation is received and confirmed 60 days prior to check-in date. Cancelations with less than 60 days notice of check-in will result in the loss of deposit fee.
Check-In/Check-Out Times
The Check-In time for Hepler's Haven is 3PM. The Check-Out time is 10AM. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving later than 3PM so we can make arrangements to get keys to you. Late Check-Outs must be approved and arranged in advance. They can only be honor if we do not have another party arriving the same day - either guests or family. Thank you for understanding.
Pet Policy
A reservation must be made for your pet. Please call or email before booking reservation. If there is excessive cleaning or laundry required extra fees may be assessed. Guests are expected to clean up any "mess" your pet makes outside. Thank you.
